Entertainment Booking

The Shops At Wiregrass hosts numerous outdoor events that draw thousands of people each year to the shopping center. We therefore have a need for almost all genres of music and entertainment, to include choral groups, mini stage productions, dance, as well as various kinds of other demonstration acts. The music styles we seek vary, but encompass: Rock, Country, Jazz, Latin, Salsa, Swing, Rhythm & Blues.

If you are a *performer, have a band or group, and are interested in entertaining at the Shops At Wiregrass, please mail or drop off a Press Kit that includes the following:

• Demo CD, Track Listing and Lyrics to the CD. (NOTE: We can't view MySpace pages, listen to music on your website, or receive music via e-mails.)
• Biography/History for you, the band/group.
• Listing of dates & venues for past as well as upcoming performances.
• Contact Information to include the name, address, e-mail, and phone of your booking agent.
• Website address for you, the band/group.
• Current publicity photo(s).
• Suggested Rates.

Be advised that we receive dozens of requests each week from entertainers interested in performing in The Shops At Wiregrass. We will review each submission and keep it on file at the Management Office. Therefore they will not be returned to you. Also please do NOT call us to discuss your band/group, or to see if we received the Press Kit. Your submitted materials need to sell themselves. If we are interested in having you perform in the shopping center, we will contact you.

The Shops at Wiregrass recognizes that from time to time various individuals, organizations and groups may desire to use certain common areas of the mall for non-commercial activities or performances that Mall Management deems to be of community interest. The Shops at Wiregrass is privately owned and permission and authorization to use certain common areas of the mall must be obtained from Mall Management prior to the activity or performance. Please complete the information below and your request to use certain common areas of the mall will be considered and either approved or denied. Applications must be completed and received by Mall Management no less than 14 days prior to the first day of the activity or performance. The information contained in the application will be kept confidential and will only be used by Mall Management in furtherance of its business activities. Please read the Rules carefully before submitting your request.

Please be aware that we receive dozens of requests each month from performance groups, as well as charities and non-profit organizations interested in raising awareness and funds for their causes. We will review each submission and will notify you within seven days of the approval status of your application. Please do not call the Management Office to discuss your application until at least seven days after your application is submitted.
