Symphony In Lights Holiday Performances & Gift Wrapping Tabling Fundraiser

The Shops is Wiregrass is accepting applications from entertainment groups for the mall’s annual Symphony In Lights Celebration held during the months of November and December and for Holiday Gift Wrapping held in December. All other requests January – October for fundraising, community tabling, or donation requests are paused.

Tampa Bay Markets, Inc. operates The Fresh Market at Wiregrass the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 10am-2pm. If you are interested in applying to becoming a vendor or would like more information about the market, please visit www.tampabaymarkets.com

Symphony In Lights Holiday Performances (Nov – Dec):

The Shops at Wiregrass is privately owned and for consideration, permission, and authorization for local studios, recital groups, and entertainers to perform at Symphony In Lights during the months of November and December approval must be obtained from Mall Management during the posted submittal time period.
NOTE: The Application, Reviewed Rules, Agreement, and provided Hold Harmless Forms must be fully completed, signed, and submitted via email to Info@TheShopsAtWiregrass.com by the deadline to be considered.

Holiday Gift Wrapping Tabling Fundraiser (Dec 1-24):

The Shops at Wiregrass invites local groups, registered charities, and community organizations to participate in wrapping gifts during this fun and festive season. Approved groups must supply their own holiday wrapping paper, tape, appropriate gift-wrapping supplies (tags, boxes, tissue paper, bows, ribbon, etc.), and volunteers. All proceeds benefit the participating group.
NOTE: The Application, Reviewed Rules, Agreement, and provided Hold Harmless Forms must be fully completed, signed, and submitted via email to Info@TheShopsAtWiregrass.com by the deadline to be considered.

* A signed Hold Harmless Agreement must be received for each participant/performer. Participants under 18 years of age must have their parent/legal guardian sign for them. (NEW: If more than one minor from a family is participating, all related siblings who are participating should be listed on Indemnitor line or on an attached separate sheet.)
