The popular outdoor shopping destination introduces new retailers, upgraded amenities and enhanced experiences
Wesley Chapel, Fla. (May 22, 2025) – The Shops at Wiregrass — an elevated outdoor shopping destination — has served as an anchor for the Wesley Chapel community for nearly two decades. Now, alongside the opening of new retailers, the mall is launching a lively revitalization project aimed at elevating the guest experience and refreshing the shopping destination. This transformation will introduce a broader selection of retailers, dining options, vibrant new spaces and enhanced amenities.

ANTHROPOLOGIE – OPENING WEDNESDAY, MAY 21st
Anthropologie is a global lifestyle brand that is committed to exceeding its customer’s expectations in unexpected, personalized ways. Set to join The Shops at Wiregrass, located on Paseo Drive, guests will be able to shop a curated selection of apparel, accessories, home décor and much more!
BOSPHORUS TURKISH CUISINE – COMING SOON
Set to open in late 2025, Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine will be located on Paseo Drive. Experience the delight of Turkish cuisine in an ambient setting of Turkish paintings, silk carpets and homemade glassware. The Shops at Wiregrass location marks the second location for the brand in the Tampa Bay area, as it is quickly becoming a fan favorite.
CLUB PILATES – EXPANSION NOW OPEN
Already a Wiregrass favorite, Club Pilates recently opened in their new studio location on Paseo Drive, doubling the size of their space and offerings. No matter your age or level of fitness, there’s a Pilates class that will work for you. It’s more than just Reformers. Club Pilates studios feature a variety of apparatus, including TRX, Exo-Chair, BOSU trainers, mats, rollers and more.
LASERAWAY – COMING SOON
Coming soon, LaserAway will be located adjacent to the JCPenney courtyard. LaserAway’s services are implemented by licensed clinicians with state-of-the-art technology. The med spa will include services such as laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, body contouring and many other treatment packages. LaserAway makes for the perfect self-care treatment of gift package for loved ones.
MARKET IN THE MALL – NOW OPEN
Now open, Market in the Mall is located at Center Court and provides local artisans and creators space to showcase and sell their handmade goods featuring a variety of items such as artwork, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, and other unique crafts. The perfect way to shop for local, one-of-a-kind products.
ODDFELLOWS ICE CREAM CO. – COMING SOON
Opening late Summer 2025, Oddfellows is the next new spot to grab a cold sweet treat at The Shops at Wiregrass. Oddfellows will be located on Piazza Avenue and offers ‘wacky and weird ice cream flavors’ like Ginger Miso, Almond Poppyseed and Honey Rosemary, alongside reimagined classics. Voted the "Best Ice Cream Shop in NYC" and "One of the Country's Best". OddFellows Ice Cream is a small-batch, chef-driven ice cream parlor, with over 600 ice cream flavors invented.
SUITS BY R.A. – NOW OPEN
Now open and located on Paseo Dr. near Hollister, SUITS by R.A. is a one-stop shop for guests to elevate their wardrobe. SUITS by R.A. offers menswear that ranges from custom to casual. Specializing in men’s suits, their services include tailoring and alterations for any occasion.
Since opening in 2008, The Shops at Wiregrass has remained dedicated to delivering a vibrant outdoor shopping and lifestyle experience for Tampa residents and visitors alike. The retailer expansion and refresh project focus on the mission to ensure the center continues to thrive as a beloved community destination.
Key highlights of the property refresh project include a fully transformed Center Court between Paseo Drive and Piazza Avenue, featuring an expansive open-air green space extending up to the Circle, lush landscaping, an enhanced fountain, large shade structures, updated lighting and inviting new seating areas.
Additionally, the property will benefit from improved wayfinding, as well as the renovation and expansion of the two fountain areas along Paseo Drive, which will now include more comfortable seating, shaded areas, and beautifully landscaped beds. Landscaping will be refreshed throughout the property, creating a garden-like atmosphere for guests as they stroll and explore.
