JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

	<li>Prepare and serve guests all menu items in accordance with established service and build-out standards.</li>
	<li>Process guest transactions of purchased menu selections at the register and receive/process payment.</li>
	<li>Maintain store cleanliness and follow all proper sanitation guidelines.</li>
	<li>Follows direction from supervisor on duty to ensure timely completion of opening, closing, and side work checklists</li>
	<li>Are excited to learn all about ice cream the OddFellows way and share that with everyone around them;</li>
	<li>Deliver excellent guest service to all customers.</li>
	<li>Complete inventory tasks, as well as receive and arrange delivery from vendors and the OddFellows Laboratory.</li>
	<li>Follow OddFellows' established safety, grooming, uniform, and employee conduct standards.</li>

Ice Cream Scooper

Ice Cream company seeks a Shop Manager for our Wesley Chapel Shops at Wiregrass location. Reporting to the Owner, the Shop Manager guides a team of 10-12 team members in peak season, leading with a singular focus on sharing the best possible ice cream experience with the world. An ideal candidate brings a mixture of self-motivation and love of collaboration, constantly strives to improve processes for better outcomes, and a passion both for craft food and beverage and sharing that with their team and their community.

General Responsibilities

	<li>Maintain a safe, secure, hygienic, and organized environment by following Health Code, ServSafe standards, and company guidelines</li>
	<li>Uphold brand and product standards across cleanliness, service, and presentation</li>
	<li>Lead by example in hospitality, cleanliness, and team communication</li>
	<li>Serve as a point of contact for coworkers and guests to resolve questions and provide guidance</li>
	<li>Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging service and product knowledge</li>
	<li>Stay proactive in driving sales through specials, promotions, and evaluating offerings</li>
	<li>The Customer is a priority, scooping ice cream when needed is an essential</li>
</ul>

Team Management

<ul type="disc">
	<li>Hire, onboard, train, and schedule staff; conduct terminations and performance reviews as needed</li>
	<li>Collaborate with DOO and finance teams to meet budget goals and manage monthly P&amp;L</li>
	<li>Coordinate weekly payroll and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time</li>
	<li>Maintain open communication with the team; accommodate time-off requests and ensure coverage</li>
</ul>

Operational Duties

<ul type="disc">
	<li>Oversee inventory management, reporting regularly and monthly</li>
	<li>Place orders for supplies and food items</li>
	<li>Enforce cash handling policies, including weekly deposit runs and register support</li>
	<li>Monitor and maintain equipment through scheduled preventative maintenance</li>
</ul>

Guest Services

<ul type="disc">
	<li>Guide guests on flavors and ingredients, considering allergy concerns</li>
	<li>Ensure monthly/seasonal specials are current and well-prepared</li>
	<li>Communicate promotions and updates clearly across the retail team</li>
	<li>Engage guests in conversation and share brand stories/history</li>
</ul>

Sales Growth &amp; Marketing Initiatives

	<li>Take a proactive role in generating new business, extending outreach beyond walk-in traffic</li>
	<li>Strategically utilize social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—to showcase products, highlight specials, and engage with the local community through creative content</li>
	<li>Produce and share behind-the-scenes videos, flavor features, team spotlights, and interactive posts to strengthen brand identity and attract followers</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the retail team to brainstorm seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs, and limited-time offers</li>
	<li>Organize and promote pop-up events, community collaborations, and cross-promotions with local businesses</li>
	<li>Analyze engagement metrics and sales data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and refine strategy</li>
	<li>Represent the shop as a brand ambassador online and offline, driving excitement and awareness in unique, energetic ways</li>
</ul>

Physical &amp; Scheduling Requirements

	<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks</li>
	<li>Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
	<li>Must be able to lift 25 lbs (50 lbs with a partner) and stand for a minimum of 4 hours</li>
